Return Policy

Sarie-Jayne offers a 14-day, risk-free return policy on standard size gowns only. Items must be in unworn, unused condition and in original packaging to be eligible. Please note that standard size gown returns carry a $150 restocking fee per item. Custom sized items are non-refundable.

We provide a free return label for orders within the United States upon request. Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs.

• All custom sized items are final sale.
• Rush fees are non-refundable.
• Items damaged or soiled while in the buyer's possession.
• Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Please note that orders may not be cancelled once in production. If an order is not transferred to production within 60 days at the client's request or due to failure to confirm, the full order cost becomes non-refundable after this period. Any approved refund request will be subject to a 4% deduction to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

A $300 fee will be charged for dresses returned with visible stains or damage, deducted directly from your refund. Cleaning delicate wedding gowns requires specialized service. We reserve the right to reject a return entirely if stains cannot be cleaned or if hair and marks cannot be removed.

Important Guidelines When Trying On Gowns:
• Try the gown on only on a clean body.
• Avoid animal hair, dirt, and cosmetic stains.
• Avoid contact with food and beverages.

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your gown is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at returns@sarie-jayne.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Each gown is unique and hand-sewn, so slight variations from website imagery may occur. Additionally, subtle dress color variations can occur across fabric batches.
